Courier Delivery Associate


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a courier, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to various locations within the city. This is a contract job with an initial salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up packages from designated locations and ensure they are securely loaded into the delivery vehicle.
- Plan and organize the most efficient route for timely package delivery.
- Deliver packages to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with fluency in English.
- Ability to work on a contract basis with no prior experience required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Working Conditions:
This is an outdoor job that requires extensive walking and driving. You will be provided with a company vehicle for deliveries. The working hours may vary based on the volume of packages but typically start in the early morning.
