Personal Trainer


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients, guiding them through workouts, and providing support and encouragement to help them reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level and goals
- Design customized training programs based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques for clients to ensure correct form and prevent injuries
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training plans as needed
- Provide guidance and support during workouts, including motivation and encouragement
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments in fitness techniques

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer or relevant degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Ability to create personalized training programs for a variety of fitness levels and goals
- Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous learning
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises
- Experience is preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
