Job Title: Plasterer

A reputable construction company in Gujrat is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and durable finish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Apply coats of plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Smooth out imperfections and create a level surface
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios
- Use hand tools such as trowels and brushes to apply plaster
- Apply finishing coats for texture and appearance
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
