Administrator for Egyptian National in Abu Dhabi
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it suitable for freshers or those without prior experience in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage and organize office documents and files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Assist with HR duties, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in secretarial studies or office management are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1000 per month (tax-free)
