Administrator (Pakistani Candidates) - Abu Dhabi
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for Pakistani candidates who are seeking a full-time job in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
