Architectural Technologist - Remish



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and specifications for construction projects, as well as providing support to architects in the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to understand project requirements and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed drawings for building plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure all designs meet required standards
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings within tight deadlines
