Architectural Technologist



We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at our company in the beautiful city of Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a vital role in designing and planning various architectural projects, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress according to plan
- Review building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
