We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze it, and build predictive models that can be integrated into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms using various tools and programming languages
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business needs and design solutions
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Constantly evaluate the performance of existing models and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our projects
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
