Data Analytics Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns, as well as creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings. This position is open to Indian applicants with strong English skills and does not require prior experience. However, candidates must possess a biometric passport and be able to secure their own accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using various tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Develop data models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends within the data
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (candidate must have a biometric passport)
