We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator for our construction company in Shan, Myanmar. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Operate an excavator to dig trenches, foundations and other excavations according to project plans and specifications.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles using the excavator.
- Operate various attachments on the excavator such as hydraulic hammers, grapples and buckets.
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting.
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of different types of excavators and their capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating other heavy machinery such as bulldozers or loaders.
- Certification in operating heavy equipment from a recognized institution.
