Construction Project Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Dubai. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from the initial design phase to the final completion of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards are met and project stays within budget and timeline
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with fluency in English
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a diverse team of workers
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
