Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality of work and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate with clients on project progress and address any concerns or changes in plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

City: Dubai

This position does not require English proficiency as long as the candidate has strong technical skills. We also offer free visa sponsorship and air tickets for selected candidates.
