We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts that meet the needs of the client while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions
- Oversee construction process to ensure design specifications are being followed
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other team members involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
