As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and safety standards
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any potential problems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect working on various projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
