Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee all project activities from start to finish
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plan and specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
