We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Siauliai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial buildings. This is a full-time position that is open to Indians with English-speaking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of buildings and identifying any maintenance or repair needs
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures and appliances
- Installing new fixtures and appliances as requested by clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Keeping detailed records of maintenance work performed
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
