We are hiring an Office Manager for a part-time position in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those looking for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, and organizing paperwork
- Create and maintain office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure all projects are completed on time
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Handle payroll processing and employee records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
