We are seeking a Moderator to join our growing online community in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user activity on our online platform. This includes engaging with users, enforcing community guidelines, and promoting positive interactions among members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user activity on the online platform
- Engage with users through comments and direct messages
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations
- Promote positive interactions among members
- Report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team
- Assist with the creation and implementation of new community initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or community manager preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic graphic design is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)

Salary:
