Data Analytics Specialist



We are hiring a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing data models and algorithms, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to drive business success.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends
- Identify key metrics and KPIs to track performance and measure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Develop strategies for effective data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis and machine learning techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. Candidates must possess a valid visa or have the ability to obtain one. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately.
