Locksmith Supervisor - Dickirch, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Supervisor to join our team in Dickirch, Pakistan. As a Locksmith Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of locksmiths to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a locksmith
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to train and supervise a team
- Knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English (Pakistani nationality preferred)
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and procedures
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of locksmiths and assign tasks accordingly
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks by the team
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of locks and security systems for residential and commercial properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain inventory levels for necessary tools and supplies for the team
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met
- Keep accurate records of work orders, expenses, and inventory levels
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
