Machine Operator – Kaunas, Lithuania


A well-established manufacturing company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a passion for operating and maintaining production machinery. As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various machines in our production facility.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines according to standard operating procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs as needed
- Monitor production output and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of machine operations, including set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues or defects
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred

We offer competitive compensation of 1600$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to candidates who are Kenyan nationals.
