Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical support for our clients in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with the potential for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Collaborate with team members to improve systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Prior experience in technical support is preferred but not required
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
