IT Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Support Technician for our fast-paced and dynamic company in Os, Norway. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to identify underlying causes of recurring issues and provide solutions
- Train users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in IT is a plus
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role (preferably 1+ years)
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Windows/Mac OS environments
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP protocols)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
