Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients with computer hardware and software issues. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, as well as provide training and guidance on how to properly use computer systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of computer systems in order to meet the needs of our clients. This position is based in Os, a bustling city known for its thriving technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Train clients on how to properly use computer systems.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in order to provide the best support possible.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in providing technical support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to help others.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.
