Job Title: Office Clerk



We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily office operations.

Salary: $1400 per month

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Create and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents
- Assist with data entry, copying, scanning, and filing as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Keep track of staff attendance records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
