We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers with efficiency and precision. Your role will also involve taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time position that requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling any inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including the counter, tables, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and storage
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink recipes or promotional offers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately under pressure
- Familiarity with different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Al-Kuwait but open to foreigners who are eligible for work permits in Kuwait. English speaking candidates are preferred.
