Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Mecca. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and accessible manner.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers
- Create appealing displays to showcase products in-store
- Ensure that all products are stocked and displayed correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales campaigns
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary:
$1100 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
