Experienced Roofer in La-Condamine, Monaco


We are in search of a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the roofing industry and possess a strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Installing new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repairing damaged roofs and identifying potential issues
- Maintaining roofs by regularly inspecting for damage or wear and tear
- Removing old roofing materials and replacing them with new ones
- Ensuring all work is done according to safety regulations
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer
- Extensive knowledge of different roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow plans accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
