As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure and ensuring smooth functioning of all systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the organization's network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications
- Implement security measures to protect the network from potential threats
- Create user accounts and provide technical support to employees as needed
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the field of networking and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with backup software and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
