Network and Systems Administrator
The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the organization's computer networks and systems, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with network administration, system maintenance, and security protocols. They should also be familiar with various operating systems and have strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization's computer networks, including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of the network
- Perform routine backups to prevent data loss
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network and system administration
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to candidates from any nationality)
