We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking to showcase their skills and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and production schedules
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and timing
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icings, glazes, fillings, or toppings
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order and maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Train new bakery staff on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Nationality/Citizenship:
This position is open to Indian nationals who are willing to relocate to Muscat.
