Baker for a Bakery in Muscat, Oman


A well-established bakery in Muscat, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for baking and a creative touch to help us consistently provide high-quality and delicious baked goods to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate pastries and desserts according to bakery standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative flair for decorating baked goods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong time-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience working with commercial ovens preferred

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about baking, takes pride in their work, and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Fluency in English is not required.
