An established industrial painting company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1200$ per month. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who do not need English language skills and do not require accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate if necessary.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces on industrial equipment and structures. This includes cleaning, sanding, priming, and applying paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or spray. You will also be required to maintain equipment and supplies, follow safety protocols, and ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate must have experience in industrial painting or a related field. However, candidates without experience may also be considered if they possess strong attention to detail and are willing to learn. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights may also be required for some projects.

Key qualifications for this role include knowledge of different paint types and their applications, familiarity with painting tools and equipment, and the ability to read blueprints or specifications. Good time management skills are essential to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. You must have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions accurately.
