We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting and coating various industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and applying primer
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other coatings using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and finish of painted surfaces
- Use specialized tools such as paint sprayers and sandblasters
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures for handling paints and chemicals
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment
- Good physical stamina
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in painting or related field is preferred.

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm

Location:
Eldoret, Kenya
