Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a member of our waitstaff, you will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and provide exceptional service to our guests. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about the menu or specials
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of Malayalee cuisine
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests from different backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
