Barista

Our cafe in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
- Maintain knowledge of current coffee trends and offer recommendations to customers.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant.
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria
