Sales Manager

Our growing company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients. This position is suitable for men of Indian nationality who are looking for a full-time job without experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
