Florist for a Boutique Flower Shop in Khasab

We are a boutique flower shop located in the beautiful city of Khasab, seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers or wholesalers
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all flowers to maintain their freshness and longevity
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangement for their needs
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ordering new flowers as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to create displays and maintain the overall aesthetic of the shop
- Handle payments and transactions with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Creativity and artistic flair with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Own visa preferred
