Construction Manager

A construction company in Doha is seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join their team. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and able to work with accommodation provided.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate all construction activities, including material procurement, labor management, and equipment usage
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Manage change orders as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
