Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Acre, Israel


We are a leading fashion retail store in Acre, Israel seeking a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends to help curate our store's collections.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing clothing and accessories from suppliers, as well as creating visually appealing displays within the store. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that our collections are on-trend and meet the demands of our target market.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly research and identify new trends in the fashion industry
- Source suppliers and negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Create purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all purchases
- Work with the buying team to develop seasonal product assortments
- Plan and execute attractive displays within the store to promote new collections
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns for new products
- Analyze sales data to track product performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and designers
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew/Bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or other inventory management software
