Merchandiser Assistant

The Merchandiser Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Merchandiser in the planning and execution of product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies. They will assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. This position is suitable for Indians or Malayalees with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandiser in creating product displays that are visually appealing and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Collaborate with the Merchandiser to develop effective promotions and sales strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist customers with inquiries or purchases when needed
- Keep track of sales trends and make recommendations for product ordering

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory purposes
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Acre, Israel (no English language proficiency required)
