We are looking for a skilled Cad Draftsman to join our team in Malindi. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects. Your attention to detail and proficiency with computer-aided design software will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of plans
- Attend project meetings to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in drafting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Cad Draftsman or similar role
- Proficiency with computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Malindi. Applicants from other countries are welcome, but must have the necessary work permits or visas before applying.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required. Fluency in other languages may be beneficial.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, candidates with previous drafting experience will be given preference.
