Industrial Architect - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design industrial buildings that meet their needs
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software (CAD)
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are built according to the design specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary changes to the design as needed
- Ensure that all buildings comply with safety regulations and codes
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the project.
