Job Title: Senior Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet the specific needs of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and plans for industrial buildings and structures
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficient in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
