Administrative Assistant

The position of Administrative Assistant in our company is currently open for an experienced and efficient individual. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the team and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month and it is located in the city of Ajman.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with project coordination and event planning
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience working with women preferred
