Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is open to all nationalities, including Pakistani and other foreigners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments for project updates
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of meetings

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English is a must
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate

Salary: 1200$ per month
