Mine Supervisor

As a Mine Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mining site in Split. You will work closely with a team of miners to ensure that safety protocols are followed and production goals are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve quickly in high-pressure situations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities at the mine site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor production levels and make adjustments as needed
- Train and mentor new miners on proper techniques and procedures
- Communicate with management on progress, issues, and concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mining operations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the mining industry

Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Mine Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of mining equipment and machinery
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
