Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, maintain profitability, and uphold our brand standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and maintain profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in regards to food handling procedures
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
