We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and budget, and develop plans that meet their requirements while also complying with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of the design
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the design plans
- Make any necessary changes or adjustments during construction to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.
