Administrator for Indian Nationals in Salalah
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Salalah. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work full-time without accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required.
- Maintain records of financial transactions, employee attendance, and other important documents.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Liaise with external parties such as clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Indian nationality preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Salalah. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Oman.
